- Identifying what you want out of your session which may include any short or long term goals for your wellness care
- Review of your health intake form to identify the following:
- Pain patterns, type of pain, and pain intensity of symptom(s)
- What might have triggered the problem, as well as how long and how often the problem has been occurring
- What aggravates or relieves the problem(s)
- Subsequent sessions will include a quick update to review any changes since the last session
- Stretching, stress reduction, or body-awareness exercises may be offered and will be included as part of your session time
